Bathhouse, fleamarket and dancehall: this project proposes a series of disjointed follies scattered across a field of anonymity. It is a collection of disjointed momentary conditions, harkening back to the fragmented memories of the American suburbia, conflating with images of timelessness, contrasting with disjunctured thoughts of inevitable decay and temporality. Collectively, fragments give glimpses to the long-lost suburban childhood memories and the innocence of this bygone era, in hopes of recapturing its miasmatic and ethereal memories, becoming an extension of a long-lost paradise.
